The 91st Academy Awards are almost imminent (broadcast Sunday, February 24 at 5:30 pm ET), and the complete culinary programming designed by Wolfgang Puck and Eric Klein, vice president of cooking at Wolfgang Puck Catering, has been revealed. This is the 25th consecutive year that the company is taking care of the event, and a press release indicates that the culinary offerings combine "glamor to innovation".

Favorite guests such as the Smoked Salmon Oscars, Potato and Caviar 2.0 and Winter Truffle Cheese Cavatappi will be served alongside new dishes, including the Heirloom Carrot "Tartare", Vegan Torchio pasta with arugula, tomatoes and berries Caper and Nashville Hot Fried Quail with Red Velvet Waffle.

Bakers Kamel Guechida, Garry Larduinat and Jason Lemmonier are planning an assortment of three dozen "breathtaking desserts", ranging from the popular 24-karat gold-plated Oscars to Golden Piper Heidsieck with champagne and strawberry. as well as action stations like Affogato with homemade ice cream and Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew.
