Cate Blanchett stuns in gold at the premiere of Thor
Cate Blanchett is straight up a style goddess, never missing a beat in her red carpet fashion over the past two decades. She encompasses the perfect balance of daring and sophistication — she’s not afraid to take bold red carpet risks, and when she does, she doesn’t compromise her gracefulness one bit.
Most recently, the 48-year-old Australian actress attended the premiere of Thor: Ragnarok premier in a gold look that completely took our breath away. Sporting a glittering Gucci turtleneck and long-sleeved gown, Blanchett walked the red carpet for the new Hemsworth co-starring Marvel superhero film.
The clinched-waisted gown was straight off the designer powerhouse’s Spring 2018 ready-to-wear collection. The actress paired the sequined ensemble with pointed green suede pumps and a layered antique emerald drop pearl and diamond necklace by Fred Leighton.
Keeping her waved blonde locks to a minimum, she opted for simple eye makeup and shiny lips — it was a look that kept dazzling throughout the night.
