Jennifer Aniston is no stranger to the wellness world. She’s very into yoga and spinning and is all about developing a better connection to her mind, emotions, and body. Recently, we learned that her secret to looking the same for decades has been her knack for prioritizing “me” time and putting self-care above all else. (P.S. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the 48-year-old actress also opened up about her dreams of opening a wellness center so that maybe we common folk have a shot at looking (and feeling!) just as good as she does.
“I have a fantasy where you have this beautiful space with facialists, rotating workouts, meditation classes, and a café with recipes that are healthier versions of delicious foods so you’re not deprived,” she told the magazine. (Related: Jennifer Aniston Confesses Her 10-Minute Workout Secret)
She continued by adding that she wants to create an experience that’s relaxing and refueling and allows people to prepare for whatever life throws at them once they leave. “I’m working on it in my brain,” she said. “Not to sound all woo-woo, but if you go out into the world with inner peace, you’re more joyful. There’s a life’s-too-short policy that I now have with my work; no negative Nancies.” Um, where do we sign up?

The Oscar-nominee also opened up about her ever-evolving beauty routine. Her morning go-to? Apple cider vinegar—along with vitamins. “Vitamins. Vitamins. Vitamins. I take a lot of vitamins,” she shared. (Related: What Vitamins Should I Be Taking?)
That said, she’ll be the first to admit that in today’s world it’s hard to keep up with wellness trends. “I’m not going to lie,” she says. “It changes all the time because someone will say, ‘Oh, my God, you don’t take activated charcoal?’ Then you go down a Googling hole to understand the benefits of that, or turmeric or dandelion for water retention.” Yep, you definitely can’t (and shouldn’t!) try every wellness trend out there, and it’s important to do your research first.
